演講人簡介：安哲（Zhe An）是澳大利亞莫納什(Monash)大學的高級講師。他於2015年在澳大利亞新南威爾士大學獲得金融學博士學位。他從事國際公司金融方向的研究，涉及財務管理與金融，包括國家公司治理製度，文化，企業杠桿，崩盤風險，收購並購，機構投資等🕺🏼。他的文章發表在Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance 等。他獲得莫納什大學2018年度優秀青年學者獎🖱。
